LocalStreetShop is not liable for any real-world disputes, financial losses, or negative experiences occurring between users and the independent businesses listed on this platform.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance

All brand names, logos, and images displayed in our shop directory are the property of their respective owners. LocalStreetShop uses publicly available business contact profiles and imagery for directory identification purposes under fair dealing guidelines. If you are a business owner and wish to modify your information or request the immediate removal of your copyrighted imagery or logo, please contact us, and we will process your request within 48 hours.

10. User-Submitted Content & Image Uploads

By submitting business information, product details, spreadsheets, or photos to LocalStreetShop (including data gathered via our Street Ambassadors), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content on our platform. You represent that you own or have the clear legal right to share any files or images you upload to our servers.
